As of July 1st 2010, KOIVUNEN OY Company joined Groupauto International
as member for Finland.

as a new member of our organization effective on April 1st, 2011.
MECAwill represent GROUPAUTO in the territories of Sweden and Norway for the Segment of Passenger cars.
The MECA Group is a key player in the Scandinavian market of automotive products, tools and garage equipment for service and repair stations and partners.
MECA first opened its doors as a local wholesaler in Malmö in 1967. Nowadays, the turnover is SEK 1.5 billion (approx. 140 M€) and the organization has approximately 600 employees.
The MECA Car Service concept counts 500 service and repair stations and operates from 80 outlets throughout Norway and Sweden.
The parent company of the MECA Group, owned by the Sixth AP Fund, which is a long-term and successful manager of public pension funds, is MECA Scandinavia.
There are operational companies underneath this company: MECA Car Parts AB, which handles import and wholesaler operations, MECA Sweden AB and MECA Norway A/S, which are sales companies.
